Your Key to Excellence for Occupational Health in the Chemical Industry: MEDICHEM in Brief
MEDICHEM was established in 1972 and is the international scientific association for occupational and environmental health in the production and use of chemicals. It has a worldwide membership.
梯子PC端
MEDICHEM's prime objective is international co-operation in those occupational and environmental health issues related to the production and use of chemicals that are of universal concern, which are most effectively resolved through a globally co-ordinated approach.
MEDICHEM's underlying objective is to contribute to the prevention of adverse effects on employees, customers and the general public, arising from the production and use of chemicals.
MEDICHEM is apolitical and concerns itself with the scientific and technological aspects of occupational health rather than the formulation of national or company policies.
MEDICHEM recognizes each country's right to make its own decisions, but through the dissemination of reliable information contributes to the development of rational legislation in the field of occupational health.

MEDICHEM promotes the exchange of information and ideas between all those concerned with occupational health in the production and use of chemicals worldwide. There have been well attended annual congresses since 1972. The proceedings of these congresses are published in a peer reviewed scientific journal.
Congresses/Next and Future Congresses
Newsletters containing recent information on developments in different countries are circulated several times a year. The membership list with the names of experts from about 50 countries includes details of each member's special expertise, thus facilitating international communication on particular subjects.
